Account take over

Hi all

 

Just checked my emails and just noticed 2 days ago I revieved acouple of emails from sky to change my password then to enable 2fa then to change my email address. 

 

So my account has been taken over, I went to sky website for help all it gives you is a number to call.  I would preferred an email address and a call back it needed.  

 

I am no longer with sky and it is a old account that is strangely still active years after I left them.  My concern is only that my old card details and personal information that it contains and what they can do with sky in my name.

 

If anyone has a email address for me to raise this with sky directly that would be great.  

 

Other wise I'm forced to ring and more than likly be on hold for hours.

If your card on that account has expired then they will not be able to do what they usually do and that is to order a mobile device and have the account holder pay for it as per this:
