Spoke to agent 2 days ago about my to package and broadband have received broadband contract which I am happy agent did me deal in my to package which is cheaper but cannot see anything about it so not sure if she has put it through

More than we agreed saying £85.50 agreed to £67.50 thanks

And what about the following months bill as future bills might usually show a higher price as the bill itself might cover a longer period than the usual 4 weeks as it would be back dated to the date the discount started plus the following 4 weeks.
