Really bad service still have not received my voucher from gift cloud bank sent all the information I and sky have has not looked into it 

It's starting to feel like a scam

Sky informed me they have nothing to do with it,. 

Despite that gift cloud sends out the vouchers on sky behalf of to see if customers 

It's been rather stressful
