Complaint

I have tried to contact Disney plus about my account. But was told to come through you. I already contacted sky who told me I had to contact Disney plus directly. My bill is supposed to be monthly, but it is coming out every 28 days. I have had a message from my bank saying they had to reject payment as there was no money in my account. This payment should be 5 October. I'm not happy about this, as I don't have this problem with my other accounts with Sky. And I am having problems with my Amazon prime account. No matter what I do to get into it, it says it doesn't look like I have an accout. But they take £8.99 per month out of my bank.

If you want to complain to Sky then you can't do that here.  (You are only addressing other customers)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Disney can't help as the billing is via Sky so as per above if you have got nowhere fast then put in a complaint:
