Complaint

I was on mobile holiday but despite this I was charged £85 for reinstatement of my broadband and then. Charged again £74 for broadband 

I tried to speak to several agents today but each one did not helped me

Do you mean you were on a payment break for your mobile, if so then your mobile has nothing to do with your broadband so if this was  suspended due to a non payment of your bill you would have to pay before getting it restored.

Payment holidays apply to credit agreement repayments only. Any monthly mobile plan or TV subscription charges will carry on like normal and will still need to be paid each month.

Fixed-line broadband is a monthly subscription, not a credit agreement.
