Complaint yet AGAIN

My broadband is due to be paid today and my bill is stating that I owe £158 or more and I need to know why please? I've NEVER had sky glass ONLY WiFi and I can't get cut off as I need to be able to get in contact with my mental health crisis team if there's any kind of emergency regarding my mental state or something else

You were informed back in December that we are fellow customers here so we can't see your bills. Compare this bill to a previous one to see where the figure of £158 is calculated from. 

If you require help from Sky contact the Accessibility Team that you were advised to register with.

What shows when you look at your latest bill here and compare it to a previous one:

Was last months bill paid for example ?
