I agreed £69 per month then a further discount of an additional £11 per month was agreed. My next bill is £93?

Agreed on the 23rd of December and next bill due on the 14th of January

If your next bill also shows a similar amount then you will to get back in Sky about this so they can check that the discount was applied to your account.
