Netflix renewed at standard instead of ad free

I have just went through a painful process of renewing my contract via chat (over 3 hours over 2 conversations)

 

The Netflix was on ad free but has now been renewed as standard with ads.

 

This wasn't agreed.  How can I get it changed back?

Standard with ads is the basic Netflix package so depending on what TV package you have got might be why it has been changed to this.

 

Ultimate TV includes the Standard with Ads plan (2 screen + HD) as standard
You can upgrade to Netflix Standard (2 screens + HD) by adding the HD pack
You can upgrade to Netflix Premium (4 screens + UHD/HDR) by adding the Ultra HD pack (requires the HD pack first)

 

You would have to call Sky again if you want it changed.
