Hu all. I just raised a complaint to Sky using their complaints form online. I noticed that although I received a brief message on screen saying the form had been submitted, I have not received any email confirmation.
Is there anywhere I can check that this has been submitted correctly and check the status of the complaint?
Thanks @MightyQuinn. There's nothing in that area regarding the complaint I submitted. I have now received an email acknowledgement, but this does not contain the content of the complaint. Luckily I saved it to my computer before sending it. Thanks for your help.
