Please can I ask if you got this resolved? And how? 

I am in the same position.  20+ calls, 3 complaints closed claiming to be resolved, but haven't &  No call backs when promised. Package and pricing different to what agreed and no one able to sort it.  Thankfully I have the agreement call and all further calls recorded as proof.
