Complaint call
Just had a call with an agent to resolve a complaint regaining an early termination charge. After a discussion, he agreed to remove the charge. The agent would not confirm this in writing, and would only give an agent number, not a name. Is this normal?

If that is their policy then seems fine to me so have you looked at your future bills to see if it has either been removed or if a credit has been added to cover it ?

Thanks for your reply. Just checked the future bills and they look ok, I'll keep and eye on them. Thanks for saying about future bills, I didn't know you could see them.
