Complaint Postal Address for Sky Marketplace
Can anyone help with this please? Elderly parents have SkyQ and just about manage to work it, but not at all technical. Sky gave them free Sky Cinema with Patamount + for a few months. They decided to keep the latter going to continue with a series before stopping the subscription a while later. We phoned Sky to stop it, and stopped the subscription on Paramount + app. Emails received from both to say subscription ended (last summer). They noticed payment from Sky Marketplace on bank statement in April. Contacted both Sky and Paramount Plus. Neither accepting responsibility for continuing to take payments despite no service. Sky also couldn't stop taking the direct debit 2 months after complaint raised by phone. Trying to contact Sky Marketplace about this - had assumed they were part of Sky. Like pulling teeth - this has taken 2 months and multiple emails and phone calls and I think Sky must be hoping we'll just give up .

@SharlieM If they are beiong billed by Sky then it is Sky you need to contact, to raise a complaint see this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-customer-complaints-code-of-practice/
Sky Market place is simply the place you cna add subscriptions to 3rd party services but continue to be billed by Sky
