Complaint Multiple Payments Taken

I've had had multiple payments taken from my account since the 4th of December. Where my bank charges me and then sky say they can't see the payments. I've tried making manual payments over phone and online. Still no resolution I call sky multiple times  and email back and forth and still no resolution. It's completely frustrating. The complaints process at sky is absolutely awful compared to o2, three that are able to resolve issues pretty much same day.

If this is an iphone refresh the network settings so go Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Then go to Settings - Phone - My Number and change it if it is wrong, then reboot the phone. You will need to set up your Wifi connection again.
