Hi, I've received what I believe to be a substantial amount of compensation, how do I find out if this is a mistake?

You mean a credit on your Sky account?
Such compensation is usually for extended broadband outages/delayed install etc. - you must know if this is the case...?

I had a few issues a few months back, with installation, made a mess of my garden etc, but nothing that would justify a payment of over £400 I wouldn't of thought! I'm not complaining though lol.. I think I shall try and give them a call if I can get through.

This is a pleasant surprise, you're not looking for compensation but looking at giving it back 😀
