Compensation refund to bank

I have had a £649  compensation payment credited to my account but as yet it's not been refunded to my bank account . This was over a week ago . Sky have deducted my monthly payment for broadband off it for Junes payment. Should this be done automatically or do I have to call them to ask for money to be put into my bank account ?

What is the compensation from ?

A delay in upgrading my broadband! It was supposed to have been done in February but was eventually done in May . Totally unexpected. Payment was made on 6th June .

You would need to call Sky about this tomorrow to see what they say as compensation credit doesn't automatically get refunded as you have seen.

If you are using a Sky Talk landline phone then the free number is just 150, it is the same number from a mobile that has a Sky sim in it.

Compensation being initiated! 150 dialled from sky handset did the trick . Spoke to relevant person very quickly and dealt with within 5 minutes. Thank you to all who helped get me to right person .
