Compensation for delayed Broadband

I've received just over £600 in compensation for a 6 month delay in upgrading my broadband. As my bill is only £30 a month, i was wondering if there is a way i can get them to pay that money into my bank account? Rather than it just sitting in my Sky account for the next 2 years covering my bill.

You can ask Sky but policy is to offset future bills.  (Balances can be refunded once you leave)

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

@Simon1989

Generally they will not do this as it is paid in credit but there is no harm in calling them and asking them but don't be surprised if they say they will not do this.
