Compensation due

I was told I'd receive compensation due to no Internet service, even though I've paid bill for the service. I have to wait a week and a half for an updated service connection. Does anyone know how long this takes as I was told 3-5  days but over that now. Any help would be gratefully received. Theanks

You only positive way to establish this would be to speak directly to Sky

It should be added to your acciunt within 30 days of your service being restored.
