Compensation claim

Good evening I was contacted by sky to say im owed £904.40 in compensation so I asked to have it paid into my account it has twice been escalated for payment and still nothing received. It was agreed no to be paid as a credit towards future bills by sky and myself what is the issue in getting my money paid into my bank account

Does it show on your account as a credit ?

 

What was it for, did you have broadband issues ?

Yes it was for delay in having broadband installed it shows in my account as -£904.40 in my sky account

As it hasn't been refunded when you asked it to be and as you have got nowhere with this then I would put in a complaint:

@Jay1981 Sky don't normally refund compensation credit to your bank account. It's normally passed as a credit to your Sky account to offset future bills.
