Company with different accounts

Dear Srs,

My company has different accounts with you. The problem is that we had a DD set up with Ulster Bank and as you know this bank is not in the market, I am the financial assistant of the company and I am authorized to make the payments but as my name is not on the invoices and because of the data protection, they have not let me solve the problem. I have called several times, I have sent letters, I have sent emails and nothing has happened.
We want to close the account but we have not been able to for the same reason, they need to talk to the authorized person but that person does not work in the company anymore. They can make an exception, I just want you to send me the DD.

Could you please send a reply?

Many thanks.
