You are not talking to Sky support on here as we are customers like you who help each other.
Any numbers can be spoofed so if that was a call from Sky then no matter what they were calling for they should have asked you for your telephone password so if they didn't do this then I suspect it wasn't and even if you are not sure give them a wrong password because if it was Sky they would then tell you it was wrong.
