Reduction in monthly payment or I will look at cancelling

Hi, I have received an email saying that some of my products have ended there discounts. And these have been renewed, I havent agreed to this, and my new monthly cost is going to go to £147 from October. This is way way too much for what I am wanting to pay, so please look into as many discounts as there are and reduce my bill or I will cancel my account

 If you are out of your minimum term and thus your discounts have expired you will need to phone Sky and see what ( if ever) deals are available. This would require you to agree a new 24 month contract and you should note that decent renewal deals are hard to come by and may only amount to a couple of pounds discount per add-on you have on your service.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

@Tgarfitt100  As fellow customers we can not look into your discounts, you need to be proactive and call sky and negotiate
