@A+FRANCIS Has this been happening over a few days or was yesterday you first experienced it? If it was recent it's worth checking again today as there may have been an outage or something their side.
If not, could you explain a bit more what's happening please? Do you see the cinema tickets button on the VIP screen (right now it's promoting Bridget Jones)? If you do, is it a problem when you go into that section, and if so what does it say or do?
