manually over paid, struggling to get refunded

I mistakenly over paid manually via the tv payment facility by £597.10 and having issues getting re funded. Called customer service 4 times to resolve, still haven't been re=emburst..?

To have unnecessarily paid £597.10 manually you must have made quite a few manual payments. 

You probably realise by now that if you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. I would recommend not making any manual payments unless requested to by Sky.

If your extra payments are showing as a credit, we can perhaps get you some help in getting it refunded (within the standard 3-5 working days) through the Messaging Team on here. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that having confirmed it’s still showing as a credit.
