 I received this from sky (I think) clicked unlock and nothing has happened can't find anything on my app or account- is it a genuine offer?

Difficult for us to say for sure but based on the image you have shown I would say it is a legit one from Sky as it is asking you to renew a contract which will see you locked in for another 18 months.

Sometimes offers take 24 hours to become active on the account so it might be worth calling Sky to check this with them and if it hasn't to see if they can do this for you,
