Cheque Refund from Sky

I have been in contact t with sky twice and they have told me twice they have sent the credit back to my account. 2 weeks later I'm still waiting for it. 

please could someone put me in touch with someone from sky to resolve this. 

This has gone to a for,al complaint however the advisors deal with their own co plains which is ridiculous as they are unable to sort refunds on the phone.

We're other customers here too...  You'll have to persevere in contacting Sky directly I'm afraid.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

What's the credit for?

Your thread title mentions a cheque so have you cancelled your previous payment method? 

If you have it's a back office team that has to raise a cheque and post it out which takes much longer.

Yes. I understand the process. What the question asked was can someone put me in touch with to resolve this. It has been referred to the ombudsman who have accepted the case.

 

I've asked sky on two separate occasions which they have authorised but not sent the money. 

I've also filed a complaint only to be sent a deadlock letter 3 days later without Sky even bothering to investigate. The whole process is utterly absurd.  Clearly this has to go to the Ombudsman.

There is no specific contact.  You have to contact Sky via the normal customer service methods.

Then this is the process to follow.  It seems you'll 'win' but the ombudsman service process can take many, many weeks.  (I've used similar services for other industries such as energy)
