I an new to sky and was told my go live date was last Friday and I would get a txt to say when it was gone live.But I didnt get a txt and it says not to set up unless you get a txt to say all is ready to set up
Don't worry about that message as setting it up is the only way to know if it has gone live.

If this is for Sky Broadband if you connect your hub up then do you have a working connection ?

This is the question It says not to set it until I got the txt but I didnt so I am not sure should I just go ahead and set it up.Its for broad band and the tv package.
