Charges
I note on my bill that my plan paymrnts have changed which now shows Sky Signatuure and Sky Sports been cancelled by you without advising me. Also I am having difficulty in accessing HBO MAx even though it has notified to me that it has been activated-a real dog's breakfast.Please clarify. Thank you.

You haven’t contacted Sky by posting on here. This is a customer ▶️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other customers.
Signature is the basic package so if that's been cancelled then your Sky TV subscription has been cancelled. Unless you default on payment only you can cancel a subscription (presumably you are the account holder). You perhaps need to contact Sky to clarify the position.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Private/Direct Messaging is switched off

You need to contact Sky. Though I think it strange that signature has been cancelled as it is core subscription I did not think you could have a Sky Q subscription without a entertainment subscription . What have you got left. You will not be able to access HBO max app if you have no longer got signature

What changes have you made to your package recently, so have you changed from the Signature package to the Ultimate one which will then include HBO access ?

The signature and ultimate entertainment packages are on different platforms Signature is the entertainment packge for SkyQ whilst ultimate is the entertainment package for sky steam and glass. Though there is the ultimate tv pack on Sky Q that only realy gives you basic Netflix with ads, you still need signature as your entrainment package on Sky Q and can not normally be cancelled unless you cancel SkyQ altogether. There is no other entertainment package for Sky Q these days unless you have a very old subscription and have the old entertainment package , however that no longer offered as a new subscription even to existing Sky Q subscribers
