Hello, I changed from sky to BT in September when my sky contract was up. In October I received an email saying I owed them £15 I logged in to pay this and it said I had £3.75 credit so I paid the remaining £11.25. I have today just received an email stating my services have been stopped ( I have 5 mobile phones with them) as they have been trying to get a £15 payment from me which I owe. Mine and my children's phones have all been suspended due to this? My question is why are they still trying to charge me for TV and BB when I haven't been with them for 5 months and I have already paid them an overdue amount in October, heard nothing in November and now again trying to charge me but have stopped my phone services? Have tried numerous times to get through but its impossible, will be trying again tomorrow. Any help much appreciated. Thank you.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Laura0414 Which account was the credit on as tv/broadband and mobile are separate accounts and credit doesn't swap between the two
how and when did you give notice to cancel tv / broadband and did you receive email confirmation of cancellation

Posted by a Sky employeeYour mobile accounts would never be restricted due to debt on a tv/bb account. As @SKY1992bf says, theyre completely separate.
It may be best to check the billing online to make sure that the £15 we are trying to collect isn't actually for your mobile account.
