Charges
I have not had sky installed yet due to no fibre locally awaiting an update 10/15 days in the interim I have been charged. - not left existing company therefore need this to be refunded

What products as some commence automatically even if you dont use them.

You shouldn't be charged for Broadband but can be for TV services like Sky Stream or Glass as you can read about here:
