Charges and poor service

The bill is more than i agreed too and brodband service has been poor, i would apprecoate a phone call to resolve these matters

First bills may be higher as they can cover a period longer than 1 month.  As noted, check bills and future bills.

 

What does 'poor broadband' mean?

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
