Charged twice

I made a payment on the 27th December for sky tv and it's been charged twice the second payment has been charged on the 2nd January

There's no need to make manual payments when you have a direct debit or monthly card payment set up. A manual payment won't necessarily stop the automatic payment being taken as well. 

 

If you let us know when your Sky account shows you're in credit, we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you here so that you can request a refund via a private online chat, or you could guve Sky a call.
