Charged twice

Hello, I have a pending payment to Sky for £47 that I believe may be a duplicate as I already paid my bill earlier this month. Because the payment is pending, the funds are being held and I don’t currently have enough available to pay another important bill.

 

Is there any way this pending payment can be stopped or released, or could you advise what my options are?

When you say you paid it earlier this month do you mean you manually paid it yourself because if so it might have not paid the bill but instead gone onto your account as a credit so do you see a credit on your account because if you do this pending payment will be for the bill itself.
