Charged twice for Netflix?

I've just checked my bill and i seem to be being charged for Netflix as a pacakge,the Netflix Premium, which I didn't sign up for. Can anyone help please?

Your title says 'charged twice'?  If you have NetFlix Premium (4 screens/UHD) then your bill will have 2 line items.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
