Charged twice but saying bill hasn’t been paid

my sky glass and broadband is due the 1st of every month, which gets paid that date. I've just checked my bill and its showing paid in green, clicked on it to check & its saying that it's not been paid, but is showing the payments that I made. I'm confused, is there an issue on skys end for it showing this message.

The 1st September was a Sunday. Bills aren't processed at weekends or on bank holidays as banks are closed so I would expect your payments to have been made soon after during that week.
