I cancelled my sky tv but kept the broadband . But was charged the full amount on my next bill I wasn't told this would happen in fact when I paid my bill on the app it only asked for the £38 something. Now I've been cut off and not put back on until I pay for what I didn't get . Please help

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreBills are generated two weeks before your payment date so most likely whilst you were still a customer. You need to reinstate your payment method, pay the amount Sky say you owe. Any overpayment will be reimbursed in due course.
