Charged full price for broadband despite taking out a sky stream/netflix/broadband deal

Has anyone else had issues with being charged full price for broadband despite taken out a deal sent via post last August offering sky stream with just the basic tv package, Netflix and basic fibre broadband.

My deal was supposed to be £55 for the 3 services but I'm being charged £49 for my broadband on top of £35 for my tv package.

I've spent over an hour on the phone the last time I tried to resolve this issue before Christmas and was assured a manager would phone me back to discuss the issue as the customer service advisors kept telling me that no such offer existed and did I still have the flyer sent to me.  I don't have it and funnily enough when I didn't have sky tv I would without fail receive offer after offer via post begging me come back to sky, I eventually do sign up and I've been overcharged month after month.

I've tried a few times since to speak to someone via phone but each time I try skys system always seems to be down. I'm sure if i was trying to join sky id get instantly through to a sales agent.

Can someone from sky please help!

@greigward

You say you received this offer via the post but how did you sign to it, was it online or by calling, either way if you are saying you have been overcharged since last year you might want to register a complaint:

Honestly I could scream with frustration at sky.

Followed the suggestion of emailing my complaint.  Sent if a lengthy email explaining my situation.

I then get an email back 2 days later which didn't adresss any of my issues and basically told me to phone them.

To make matters worse I specifically mentioned in my email that I have tried multiple times to contact them via telephone and can't get through and the last time I spoke to them I spent an hour getting passed from agent to agent and having to go through security checks every time areegggfhhhhhh!!!!

@greigward If you're not happy with the Sky response to your complaint you can request it be escalated and reviewed again.

If you're still unhappy at that point you can request a deadlock email and then you go to the adjudicator, CISAS, and ask them to rule on the matter.

Typically such historical offers are locatable online: for example

Best Sky TV bundle deal: Essential TV & Full Fibre 300 Broadband, from £35/month "

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
