Charged for returned equipment

I returned by sky q box and broadband hub on 2/9/24. Shortly afterwards I started receiving messages asking to return my equipment to avoid charges - called customer services, gave my tracking number and that was that...or so I thought. I kept receiving non return messages, so I kept calling ( 4 times) and was assured I would not be charged . On 11/11/24 sky deducted £53 for non return of equipment. I called again, gave my tracking  number again,  and was told a refund would be issued by the end of the month...it hasn't.

@RG70

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.

This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
https://community.sky.com/t5/Did-you-know/Escalating-a-post-to-a-Sky-expert/ba-p/3711147

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

This is resolved normally by thenSky Community messaging team.

Have your proof of posting to hand if yo7 have it.

I've escalated this to Sky and they should be in touch with you soon about it.
Look out for a message from Sky on your email and Sky Community private messages.
Look out for the blue chat bubble within your Sky community.
