Charged for old phone

I upgraded my mobile back in April through my Sky mobile app. Went through all the procedures etc and was able to successfully upgrade my phone. I have had the 'old' phone paid off, however still getting charged twice for my SIM card which I don't understand as I've got the same number. I'm getting double charged, in addition to a massive banked data. Which I was trying to use to reduce the cost of my 'new' phone but through the app it wasn't allowing this at the time.

Who can I get in touch with cause I'm getting charged every month twice.

Do these sim charges cover the same date period ?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
