Charged for not returning Sky Q box

Just changed from Sky Q to Glass then went over seas (with work) for four months and found they had charged me £165 for the equipment!

obviously I don't want the Sky Q box, can I send it back and get a refund or am I stuck with two very expensive chunks of plastic!

unfortunately I can't phone from my specific location for security reasons, is there a customer resolutions email address?

thanks all

John

@Jsteel187  You'll need to return the Q box before a refund will be processed, you need to keep proof of postgae also.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Once you send it back you can request the payment is returned, this link will help you to do this. You can use whatever boxes you have if you want as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

@Jsteel187 Note also that the charge is a non-return fee not a charge that transfers ownership to you. The box(es) are still property of Sky.
