Charged for equipment I returned

Hi I've also been charged for equipment I returned. I have proof of postage and received an email on 30/09/2024 to thank me for returning it and confirm it was with the courier back to sky.  A month later I got a text to say I would be charged for non return. I called sky and was told to disregard the message as was likely a glitch and sky do keep sending this message out. Then got a message to say I'd been charged! Called sky again and told I would be refunded but this hasn't happened. Not happy at all! Please help, this is causing me sleepless nights now.

Your post has been escalated to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:
