Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf it was correctly cancelled then it's probably just timing as bills are generated 14 days prior to payment date which includes any active subs (even if they ended the day after) with a month in advance.
The following month's bill will then generate a corresponding credit back to the day of cancellation.
Withholding payment is not wise as you may be subjected to an automated late payment charge and other restrictions.
