Charged Twice For Netflix

I have just discovered that I am being charged for netflix through my sky account, but have now found that Netflix are charging separately. This has only happend for last 2 months

We had it activated already. Ihave just foundout through Netflix directly. It ended on 23rd September, but I've not asked for it be cancelled through Sky. Netflix also still showing as Content Pack on my account
