I phoned Sky a few days ago and renewed my package on a new 18 month contract. I've just checked my upcoming bill and I've been charged £40 in admin fees!!!! A broadband administration fee of £10, an offer eligibility fee of £20 and an offer administration fee of £10!! I was not told about any of these when I renewed my contract, how do I go about getting a refund?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs you were not informed of these charges you need to call Sky back as they have been known to add a credit to the account to cover them. This credit will then be used to pay or part pay the next bill.
