Charge
Hello,
I have just upgraded from full fibre 75 to 900.
I rung up sky and asked if they had a deal on for it and was told I could get full fibre 900 & WiFi max for £32/m. I agreed as it was only £2 more than what I was already paying and if I didn't ring up I would be looking at £46/m just for the broadband.
I've just had a look at my upcoming bills and seen that I'm being charged £53/m. £49 for broadband and £4 for WiFi max.
Is this possibly a glitch or am I going to be overcharged? Really don't want to ring up again. TIA

When did this upgrade take place as it might be the future bills have yet to be updated after the upgrade.

Re: Charge
The activation date is today, it came online about 3am. I made the actual 'purchase' on Saturday 28th.

Re: Charge
I would say you do need to give these future bills time to update especially as you have yet to be activated.
