Why have  i been charged 1350 for when i shouldn't have been charged

It must say on your bill what the charge is for?

Sky Stream, Sky Glass Air and Sky Broadband customer

No it doesn't say why i ordered a new phone but have been charge by monzo 1350 but not sure why will this be put back in my account this is stressful

I am paying monthly for it so why did this amount need to be taken out. Can i cancel this order if I'm being charged for no reason

I ordered an iPhone and have been charged when no payment is supposed to be going out today i don't understand why and i need it sent back to me.

@Soha  repeat posting won;t get anything resolves, also no on  can put the money back in your account, this is a customer helps customer community, not Sky customer services.

 

If you are charged £1350 this means you have to have authorised this payment at checkout, are you sure you didn't fail the initial credit check?

 

Also payment with Monzo have to be authorised via the app before it's taken.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
