I have received a text today saying I will be charged a nom return fee even though I have returned both the sky puck and sky max hub and have receipt for both from the post office.

@Callumb5310 You will have to call customer service and request the charges be removed, state you have proof of postage.

You haven't said how long ago you returned them. Sky use Unipart to deal with returns and they are taking quite a few weeks to process equipment at their warehouse. This will probably lengthen aftern the holiday period.
