Account suspended
Hi I've just been on my sky account it says I've paid the bill. Up at the top of the page it says account suspended can you tell me the reason for this.

We are just customers here so are your services working ?
Does the message say suspended or restricted ?
Do you use Sky Marketplace and if so is there an outstanding payment here ?
