Changing provider

I am currently moving and have signed up with Sky for my new home , when looking into it I read that sky would can el my current provider (talktalk) but when signing up and purchasing I did not get asked for any details in order for sky to contact them?

In this situation Sky will not contact your current provider as you are not performing a 'line takeover'.

 

You'll need to contact TalkTalk and cancel.
