Changing package
I would like to cancel Sky cinema and get TNT on my package at no extra cost as customer of over 20 years
sky Sport does not give me European football or cricket

Sky Sports includes Sky Cricket.
It's unlikely to be at no extra cost. Give Sky a call and negotiate a discount.

You won't get it at no extra cost as TNT Sports costs more than Sky Cinema.
Also you can't remove Sky Cinema if you got it for a discount under a minimum term contract, unless the minimum term has ended.
