Change phone number associated with 2FA

I need to change the phone number that is associated with my SkyID on my account. When I click the link for two-step verification on the SkyID profile page it doesn't take me anywhere? Anyone know how to access this page to change the phone number that is linked.

I have tried phoning but just get sent links for irrelevant information, got through to customer services once but they disappeared mid call. Any help is much appreciated.

@anonymous234 when you sign in the first and last two digits of the mobile number the Verification Code will be sent to are displayed on screen. Are they correct?

No, it's my daughters phone number for some reason. So I can get into the account by nagging my daughter for the code but it's obviously very frustrating. I want it associated with my phone number as it's my account.

@anonymous234 this explains how to change your number. It means a final code being sent to your daughter's mobile, then allowing you to change the number: https://www.sky.com/help/sky-yahoo-mail/two-step-verif/articles/two-step-verification

It's intended for Sky Yahoo Mail, but may work as well for your Sky ID.

Yes thank you! Not sure why, but the “Manage two-step verification” button on the Sky ID page doesn’t seem to have a working link attached to it.
